To use hoye55 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. hoye55 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and take appropriate action if any requirement is not met.

Registering a hoye55 account is free. Any attempt to manipulate the registration process, use a false identity, or register on behalf of another person is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and balance freeze.

Your hoye55 account is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential at all times.

A hoye55 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

• Game results: All game results are final. hoye55 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of valid game outcomes.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or any multiplayer game.

Hoye55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other situation requiring immediate action.

• Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the hoye55 support team. Any valid balance will be returned once all checks are complete.
• Temporary suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. During this period, access to the platform and withdrawals may be restricted.
• Permanent closure: Accounts permanently closed due to serious violations will not be reinstated. Funds in such accounts may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop playing may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming. This request will be processed within 24 hours.
